Do you ship internationally?

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

If the item you received isn’t the product you ordered. Please send it back to us and once inspected, we'll refund you as soon as it arrives back at our warehouse and reach out to hello@bioswiss.co and give a brief description of what you ordered and what you received. You’ll also have the ability to attach photos of your item (PS: the more pictures the better) and you should hear back from them within one (1) business day. If you do not receive a reply back, please contact us @ 718-854-0273.

How do I exchange or return the order?

All returned items will be inspected upon arrival. If our Quality Control team are unhappy with the condition an item has been returned in (e.g. tags have been removed or there are signs of tear), we will not be able to accept your return. The product must be sent back within 14 days of receiving it. We do not accept exchanges. However you may request for a refund.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your returned package has been received at our warehouse, it will be processed and inspected. Once a refund is issued on our system, you can expect it to be visible in your account within 5-10 business days. Please note that holidays can delay the processing of your refund. How can I track my order?

Within 1-2 business days of placing your order, you will receive a tracking number via email from our courier partner containing your package’s tracking information. If you place your order during the weekend or a public holiday, your tracking number will be available during the next working day.
